2. Opinions and Discrediting:
While everyone is entitled to their own opinions, spreading negativity or attempting to discredit someone else's work or reputation is not allowed. Differences of opinion should be expressed respectfully and constructively.
3. Constructive Criticism:
Everyone here is trying to improve their coffee development skills. When offering feedback, be constructive and respectful. Unkind or non-constructive criticism is not acceptable.
4. Spam:
Avoid posting spam, which includes unsolicited advertisements, repetitive posts, or off-topic content. Each post should contribute to the conversation and stay on the topic.
5. Plagiarism:
Do not claim someone else's work as your own. Always give credit where it's due, and respect others' copyright and intellectual property rights.
6. Content Guidelines:
This forum is a place for coffee professionals and home baristas. Ensure that:
- No sexually explicit content of a pornographic nature is allowed.
- Overly violent content should be avoided, or if necessary, appropriately marked with a "spoiler" warning.
7. Personal Information:
Do not share or request other members' personal information, such as real names, addresses, phone numbers, or any other sensitive information. Protecting your own and others' privacy is of utmost importance.
8. Trolling:
Deliberately inciting arguments, posting controversial statements for the sake of reactions, or any form of trolling is not allowed.
9. Multiple Accounts:
Creating multiple accounts is not allowed. If you need to change your username, please contact an administrator or moderator.
10. Reporting:
If you see a post that violates these rules, please report it to the moderators. Do not take matters into your own hands. Moderators are here to ensure the community remains a positive and constructive environment.
Failure to follow these rules will result in consequences ranging from warnings to permanent bans, depending on the severity and frequency of the violations. The moderation team reserves the right to remove any content and any user account for any reason at any time.
